We are proud to celebrate the achievements of these incredible women who have completed the "Cottage Food Safety" course, receiving their certificates from the Alabama Cooperative Extension System. Over two transformative days in Clanton, Alabama, they learned the essential skills of canning and preserving food, from preparing fresh produce to sealing jars safely. For many, this was a long-awaited opportunity to pursue their passion for food preparation and empower them to envision a brighter future.
